When you buy a vehicle from CarDoor, we want to ensure that you are happy with it. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you have 10 days (or a maximum of 750km, whichever comes first) to get in touch with us. We will work with you to exchange the vehicle for one that better suits your needs, or we will refund the full purchase price.
Please note: Delivery fees and applicable government/registration fees are not refundable. A transportation fee may also apply to the pickup/return of the vehicle. Vehicle must not have been in an accident and must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered. It must not be subject to any lien or unpaid fees. If you financed the vehicle and the loan exceed the value, you will owe us that balance on return of the vehicle.
When you purchase a CarDoor vehicle, it includes a 90 day/4,000 km (whichever occurs first) guarantee. Our warranty covers major drivetrain components such as the engine, transmission, supercharger/turbocharger, and drive axle, as well as items like the electrical system and heating and air conditioning. In most cases, you’re also covered for roadside recovery and substitute transportation. We also cover defects in materials or workmanship for many parts of the car but this excludes wear items like brakes and tires, as well as environmental damage like external rust or windshields.
